Objective To explore the effect of cervical muscle strength training combined with comprehensive physical factors on rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods Eighty patients with cervical spondylosis treated in the Staff Center Hospital of China Railway 19 Bureau Group Co,Ltd from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and the patients were divided into control group and research group according to random number table. The control group was treated with comprehensive physical factor therapy, while the research group was combined with cervical muscle strength training on this basis. The treatment effect, symptom improvement and cervical curvature value of the two groups were compared, and the recurrence of the patients was observed and followed up for 1 year. Results The total effective rate of the research group(87.50%)was higher than that of the control group(67.50%),and the scores of CASCS in the research group were also higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the curve value of the research group was higher than that of the control group, while the recurrence rate of 1-year follow-up(5.00%)was lower than that of the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the comprehensive physical factor treatment of cervical spondylosis, accompanied by cervical muscle strength training,is helpful to improve the clinical rehabilitation effect, and to improve the patient's cervical spine function and the long-term effect is remarkable.
