柴胡疏肝散配合穴位贴敷治疗肝气犯胃型胃痛的疗效观察

目的探究柴胡疏肝散配合穴位贴敷治疗肝气犯胃型胃痛的临床效果。方法2017年5月至2020年3月荥阳市中医院收治的肝气犯胃型胃痛患者166例,随机数字表分为两组各83例。两组均行西医治疗,研究组加用柴胡疏肝散配合穴位贴敷治疗;两组连续治疗4个疗程后比较临床疗效、中医证候积分、不良反应及复发率。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.18%高于对照组的73.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组各项中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散配合穴位贴敷治疗肝气犯胃型胃痛疗效确切,有助于减轻各临床症状,安全性高,复发率低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with acupoint application in the treatment of stomachache caused by liver qi invasion.Methods From May 2017 to March 2020 in Xingyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,166 patients with gastric pain caused by liver qi were randomly divided into two groups:83 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with Western medicine.The research group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder combined with acupoint application.After 4 courses of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the studygroup was 95.18%higher than that of the control group 73.49%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder combined with acupoint application in the treatment of stomachache caused by liver qi invasion is effective,helpful to alleviate the clinical symptoms,with high safety and low recurrence rate.
