某部队医院护理人员战伤救护培训方法与效果探讨

Discussion on the method and effect of warfield rescue training for the nursing staff in a military central hospital

目的探讨科学的战伤救护培训方法,以提升部队医院护理队伍战伤救护综合能力。方法通过解放军第960医院自制的“医院护理人员战现场救治能力现状调查问卷”,对全院所有护理人员备战能力进行初级评估,设计多种形式的培训方式,分层次、分重点开展护理备战练兵,培训10个月后再次评估备战能力,分析训练效果。结果该院护理人员经过系统的培训,理论知识成绩提高到(92.75±6.93)分,操作技能成绩提高到(94.83±3.72)分,“白金十分钟”综合救护评分提高到(85.31±9.19)分,综合救治时间缩短为(7.85±4.23)min,与培训前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),综合训练效果显著。结论通过多种形式的培训练兵,有利于提高各类护理人员的战伤救治能力,为提高部队医院平战时综合救护水平奠定基础。

Objective To explore the scientific training methods of rescue for war wounds,so as to enhance the comprehensive ability of rescue for war wounds of the nursing teams in military hospitals.Methods Through the"Questionnaire on the Status Quo of the Field Treatment Capability of Hospital Nursing Personnel"made by the 960th Hospital of the PLA,the war readiness of all nursing staff in the hospital was evaluated,and various forms of training methods were designed.The nursing war readiness training was carried out in different levels and different focuses.After 10 months of training,the war readiness was evaluated again and the training effect was analyzed.Results After systematic training,the theoretical knowledge score was improvedt(92.75±6.93),operation skill score was improved to(94.83±3.72)"platinum ten minutes"comprehensive rescue score was improved to(85.31±9.19),comprehensive treatment time was shortened to(7.85±4.23)min.Compared with before training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comprehensive training effect was significant.Conclusion Through various forms of training and exercising,it is beneficial to improve the ability of various kinds of nurses to treat war wounds,and lay a foundation for improving the level of comprehensive rescue of military hospitals in peacetime and wartime.
