妊娠高血压疾病不同孕期血清脂溶性维生素和糖脂代谢水平及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 妊娠高血压疾病(HDP)是常见的产科并发症,也是女性在妊娠期特有的疾病,发病率为5%~10%[1]。研究显示,维生素D主要调节人体钙磷水平,同时维生素缺乏也是妊娠期妇女并发子痫前期的危险因素之一[2]。妊娠期出现的糖代谢异常可引起妊娠糖尿病、HDP、产后出血及羊水过多等,对产妇和新生儿均有严重的负面影响[3]。研究表明,妊娠期血脂代谢异常,尤其是三酰甘油(TG)水平升高可增大先兆子痫的发生风险[4]。本研究拟比较HDP孕妇不同孕期血清脂溶性维生素及糖脂代谢水平变化,并探索其临床意义。报道如下。
