我国农药专利产业化存在问题及对策浅析

Analysis on the problems and countermeasures of the industrialization of pesticide patents in my country

农药专利是农药企业发展的重要资源和核心竞争力要素。近年来,从专利申请数量看,我国农药行业创新活动日渐活跃,但产业化的专利数量,尤其是具有竞争优势和一定产业规模、高附加值的专利数量十分有限。如何提高农药专利产业化能力,促进农药专利成果的市场化、商品化,推进专利产业化,值得国内农药企业的高度关注。介绍了我国农药专利产业化的现状及存在问题,提出了促进我国农药专利产业化的思路和建议。

Pesticide patents are the important resource and core competitiveness element for the development of pesticide enterprises.In recent years,the numbers of patent application indicate the innovative activities in the pesticide industry in our country are becoming more active.However,the number of industrialized patents is very limited,especially the patents which have competitive advantages,industrial scale and high added-value.How to improve the ability of pesticide patent industrialization,promote the marketization and commercialization of pesticide patent achievements and patents industrialization is worthy of the attention of domestic pesticide enterprises.The status and problems of pesticide patent industrialization in our country were introduced,and the ideas and suggestions to promote the industrialization of pesticide patents were proposed in this paper.
