11.6%氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯·唑啉草酯乳油及安全剂解草酯分析方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 建立了同时检测11.6%氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯·唑啉草酯乳油产品中有效成分和安全剂解草酯含量的液相色谱定量分析方法。采用C_(18)不锈钢柱和可变波长紫外检测器,以乙腈+0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,检测波长为230 nm同时测定产品中唑啉草酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和解草酯的含量。结果表明,唑啉草酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸和解草酯的质量浓度与其相应响应值峰面积之间呈现出良好的线性关系,其相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9999和0.9997,标准偏差分别为0.019、0.021和0.011,变异系数分别为0.609%、0.240%和1.421%,平均回收率分别为99.54%、99.68%和99.61%。说明该方法操作简便、精密度与准确度较高,可用于该产品的质量检测与控制。 In this paper,an analysis method of the high liquid chromatography for the determination of pinoxaden·fluroxypyr-mepthyl 11.6%SC and safety agent cloquintocet-mexyl was established.The method uses UV detector,the column C_(18),acetonitrile+0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution as mobile phase and determination wavelength of 230 nm.The results showed that there existed a obvious linear relationship between the concentrations and their peak areas of pinoxaden,fluroxypyr-mepthyl and cloquintocet-mexy,the linear regression coefficients of them were 0.9998,0.9999 and 0.9997,the standard deviations were 0.019%,0.021%and 0.011%,the variation coefficients were 0.609%,0.240%and 1.421%,and the average recovery were 99.54%,99.68%and 99.61%,respectively.This indicated that the method could be used to quality control of the formulation product pinoxaden·fluroxypyr-mepthyl 11.6%SC.
