4种杀菌剂对月季白粉病的室内毒力测定和田间药效试验

Greenhouse pot tests and field efficacy trials of four fungicides against rose powdery mildew

筛选防治月季白粉病的高效杀菌剂,为防治月季白粉病提供依据。采用盆栽试验测定了4种杀菌剂对月季白粉病的室内毒力,并进行了田间药效试验。室内毒力测定结果表明,29%吡萘·嘧菌酯SC对月季白粉病菌的抑菌活性最强,EC_(50)为3.33μg/mL;250 g/L吡唑醚菌酯EC的毒力较弱,EC_(50)为26.86,35%氟菌·戊唑醇SC和10%苯醚甲环唑WG的EC_(50)分别为14.47 mg/L和12.68 mg/L。2019、2020年连续2年的田间药效试验结果表明,29%吡萘·嘧菌酯SC 1000倍液对月季白粉病的防效(84.73%、86.18%)显著优于其他药剂,而且对月季安全。在相同用药倍数下,其他3种药剂的防效为61.60%~76.51%。因此,29%吡萘·嘧菌酯SC可以作为防治月季白粉病的优选药剂。

This study aims to select effective chemicals to control rose powdery mildew and to provide a theoretical basis for controlling rose powdery mildew.The pot tests in the greenhouse and field trials were carried out to test the biological activity of four fungicides.The pot tests results indicated that isopyrazam˙azoxystrobin 29%SC had the highest inhibition against Sphaerotheca Pannosa with EC_(50) of 3.33μg/mL;the bioactivity of pyraclostrobin 250 g/L EC was lowest with EC_(50) of 26.86 mg/L,and the EC_(50) values of fluopyram·tebuconazole 35%SC and difenoconazole 10%WG were 14.47 mg/L and 12.68 mg/L respectively.The field efficacy trials conducted in 2019 and 2020 indicated that the control efficacy of isopyrazam·azoxystrobin 29%SC at 1000X dilution rate(100 mL/100 L)against rose powdery mildew were 84.73%and 86.18%respectively,which were significantly higher than the other treatments,and isopyrazam·azoxystrobin 29%SC was safe to rose.The field efficacy of the other three fungicides at the same dilution rate were 61.60%~75.61%.Therefore,isopyrazam·azoxystrobin 29%SC is considered as an effective fungicide for controlling rose powdery mildew.
