摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)已成为严重威胁人类健康的综合性代谢疾病。肠道屏障作为肝脏与外界的第一道防线,其功能受损与肝脏疾病发生发展存在密切联系。NAFLD中,以肠道屏障破坏为特征的肠-肝轴紊乱包括肠道微生物屏障、化学屏障、机械屏障、免疫屏障和肠-血管屏障的功能受损。近年来,肠道屏障修复疗法为研究NAFLD的治疗方式提供新思路。阐明NAFLD的肠-肝轴过程及肠道屏障紊乱,有助于深入认识NAFLD的发病机制并探究其相关治疗策略。
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has become a major comprehensive metabolic disease that seriously threatens human health.The intestinal barrier,as the first line of defense between the liver and the outside world,its dysfunction is closely related to the pathogenesis and progression of liver disease.In NAFLD,the gut-liver axis disorder characterized by the destruction of the intestinal barrier includes dysfunction of the microbial barrier,chemical barrier,mechanical barrier,immune barrier,and gut-vascular barrier.In recent years,intestinal barrier repair therapy has provided new ideas for the treatment of NAFLD.Elucidating the gut-liver axis and intestinal barrier dysfunction contributes to understanding the pathogenesis of NAFLD in depth and exploring the related treatment strategies.
