叉头框蛋白O1(FOXO1)是一种转录因子,高度保守且具有较广泛的生物学功能,可参与细胞增殖、细胞凋亡、细胞周期阻滞、代谢调节和免疫等生理病理过程。FOXO1与卵泡发育、子宫内膜蜕膜化、胚胎植入、早期胚胎发育等早期妊娠的发生发展过程密切相关。此外,FOXO1还参与了卵泡及胚胎的异常发育,但其发生机制尚不清楚。随着研究的不断深入,FOXO1有望成为未来评估早期妊娠质量以及早期妊娠丢失等相关疾病筛查及监测的重要指标。

Forkhead box protein O1(FOXO1)is a transcription factor which is highly conserved and has a wide range of biological functions,such as participating in cell proliferation,apoptosis,cell cycle arrest,metabolic regulation and immunity,etc.FOXO1 has been found to be closely related to follicular development,endometrial decidualization,embryo implantation,early embryo development and other processes of early pregnancy.In addition,FOXO1 is also involved in the abnormal development of follicles and embryos,but the mechanism remains unclear.With the deepening of the research,FOXO1 is expected to be an important indicator for early pregnancy quality assessment and screening and monitoring of early pregnancy loss associated diseases in the future.
