新生儿窒息致肝脏损害的诊治现状 被引量:1

摘要 新生儿窒息(AN)对新生儿造成危害较多且严重,常导致心、脑、肾或肝等诸多重要器官衰竭。由于“潜水”反射,AN带来的损害多集中在患儿脑、肾等重要器官,且近年相关研究较多,而肝脏损害因发生相对较少,目前关于AN致肝脏损害的机制尚未完全明确。丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶等实验室指标是既往诊断AN致肝脏损害重要手段,但上述指标诊断AN致肝脏损害的标准较宽,灵敏度及特异度不高,故临床应用受限。此外,目前有关AN致肝脏损害的诊治方案尚未统一,未来仍需进行深入研究。 Asphyxia neonatorum(AN)causes relatively more and severer damages to the newborns,which usually leads to failure of many important organs such as heart,brain,kidney or liver.Because of"diving reflex",the damage caused by AN is mostly concentrated in the brain,kidney and other important organs of the children,and there are many related studies in recent years.Due to the occurrence of liver damage is relatively few,the mechanism of liver damage induced by AN has not been fully clarified so far.Alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and other laboratory indicators are important means to diagnose liver damage caused by AN,but the criteria brackets of the above indexes in the diagnosis are wide,and the sensitivity and specificity are not high,so the clinical application is limited.In addition,the diagnosis and treatment of liver damage caused by AN has not been unified at present,and further research is still needed in the future.
