摘要
研究采用文本分析法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法、层次分析法,构建了幼儿园教师信息技术素养评价指标体系,具体包括信息技术意识、信息技术知识、信息技术能力和信息技术道德4个一级维度,信息技术的重要性、使用信息技术的敏感性、使用信息技术的主动性、信息技术基础知识、信息技术与一日活动融合的知识、运用信息技术促进自我发展的知识、基本的信息技术能力、信息技术与一日活动融合的能力、运用信息技术进行家园共育的能力、运用信息技术促进自我发展的能力、信息技术道德认知、信息技术道德行为12个二级维度以及42个具体指标。结果表明,该指标体系效度模型拟合良好,信度较高;评价指标体系结构维度及权重分配较为合理。研究构建了科学合理的评价指标体系,为有效诊断幼儿园教师的信息技术素养水平,促进教师信息技术素养提升提供重要支撑和决策依据。
This research adopts text analysis,Delphi method,questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation index system for kindergarten teachers'IT literacy.Specifically,the system includes 4 first-level dimensions,namely IT awareness,IT knowledge,IT competence and IT ethics,12 second-level dimensions,namely the importance of IT,the sensitivity of using IT,the initiative of using IT,the basic knowledge of IT,the knowledge of integrating IT with one-day activities,the knowledge of using IT to promote self-development,the basic IT competence,the ability to integrate IT with one-day activities,the ability to use IT for home-based education,the ability of use IT to promote self-development,IT ethical cognition,IT ethical behavior,and 42 specific indicators.The results show that the evaluation index system demonstrate a good model fit and reliability.The structural dimensions and weight distribution of the evaluation index system are reasonable.This research establishes a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system,which provides important support and decision-making basis for effectively diagnosing the level of kindergarten teachers'IT literacy and promoting teachers'IT literacy development.
