河南省创客教育阻碍因素与推广策略研究--基于创新推广理论

Research on the Impeding Factors and Promotion Strategies of Maker Education in Henan Province:A Case Study Based on the Theory of Innovation Promotion

摘要 研究以创新推广理论为切入点,对河南初中创客教育推广的阻碍因素进行了探究,运用文献法整理当前研究成果与理论基础,通过问卷调查与访谈对教师、学生及政府人员进行调查,并对调研数据进行多维分析。研究表明:河南省初中开展创客教育的时间普遍较短,处于起步阶段,由于政策、制度的不完善,创客教育在推广的过程中缺乏科学的引导和制度的保驾护航。在推广的过程中,存在教育资源分配不均、领导重视不足、师资力量短缺、硬件设备不完善、升学压力大等问题,这是阻碍河南省创客教育推广的主要因素。 This study takes innovation promotion theory as the starting point,explores the impeding factors of the promotion of Henan junior high school Maker education.It uses the literature method to sort out the current research results and theoretical basis.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this study investigates teachers,students and government personnel,and conducts multi-dimensional analysis of the survey data.The research shows that the time of developing Maker education in junior high schools in Henan Province is generally short,and it is in the initial stage.Due to the imperfect policies and systems,the Maker education lacks scientific guidance and system support in the process of promotion.In the process of promotion,there are some problems such as uneven distribution of educational resources,insufficient attention of leaders,shortage of teacher resources,imperfect hardware equipment,and great pressure of entering a higher school,which are the main factors hindering the promotion of Maker education in Henan Province.
