黑龙江省语言类本科生国际化能力现状与对策

Status Quo and Countermeasures of the Internationalization Competence of Language Undergraduates in Heilongjiang Province

共建“一带一路”倡议提出以来,各国间政治、经济、文化交流日益频繁,人才国际化逐步提上议事日程,大学生国际化能力成为研究热点,而其国际化能力的培养是提高大学整体国际化水平和质量的关键。通过问卷形式调查研究黑龙江省五所高校语言类本科生的国际化能力现状表明,黑龙江省语言类本科生的国际化能力处于中等偏下的水平。基于此,为了实质性地提高黑龙江省本科生的国际化能力水准,各大高校应该从学校、教师及学生的角度积极采取应对措施,以期满足中国乃至全球对国际化人才的需求。

Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward,the political,economic,and cultural exchanges among countries have become increasingly frequent,and the internationalization of talents has gradually been put on the agenda.The internationalization competence of college students has become a research focus,and the cultivation of their internationalization competence is the key to improve the overall internationalization level and quality of colleges and universities.This paper investigates the current situation of the internationalization competence of language undergraduates in five universities in Heilongjiang Province through questionnaires.The results show that the internationalization competence of language undergraduates in Heilongjiang Province is below the average level.Based on this,in order to substantially improve the internationalization competence of undergraduates in Heilongjiang Province,colleges and universities should actively take countermeasures from the perspective of schools,teachers and students,in order to meet the national and even global demand for international talents.
