海南省中小学游泳教学开展现状的调查研究

Research on the Current Situation of Swimming Teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools in Hainan Province

运用文献资料法、实地考察法、问卷调查法和数据统计法,对海南省16所中小学游泳教学的师资力量、课程教学、场地设施器材、评价激励机制等方面的现状进行了调查研究,结果表明:整体师资力量较弱,职称结构不合理,高学历的教师偏少。课程教学目标清晰、导向正确,符合立德树人这一根本任务;教学内容符合年龄阶段特点,教学方法立足传统法,缺少自主、合作与探究等新型学习方法。场地设施日趋完善,器材配备能满足游泳教学工作的需求。评价方法采取定量与定性相结合,以终结性评价和定性评价为主,缺少诊断性评价,激励政策较大。对于以上不足,海南省需加大对经费、人员、场地设施等方面的投入力度,以便促进中小学游泳教学健康可持续发展。

By using the methods of literature research,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey and data statistics,this paper investigates the current situation of swimming teaching in 16 primary and secondary schools in Hainan Province in terms of teachers,courses,facilities,and evaluation and incentive mechanism.The results show that the overall teaching strength of teachers is weak,the structure of professional titles is unreasonable,and the number of teachers with high academic degrees is few.The teaching goal of the course is clear and the guidance is correct,which is in line with the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating talents”.The teaching content is in line with the characteristics of the age stage of the students,but the teaching methods are based on the traditional methods,lack new learning methods such as autonomy,cooperation and exploration.The facilities are becoming more and more perfect,and the equipment can meet the needs of swimming teaching.The evaluation method is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,in which summative evaluation and qualitative evaluation are the main methods,lacks diagnostic evaluation,and the incentive policy is relatively strong.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of swimming teaching in primary and secondary schools,Hainan province needs to increase the investment in funds,personnel,venues and facilities.
