大学生父母教养方式对心理健康的影响--自尊的中介作用

Effects of Parenting Style on the Mental Health of College Students:A Study on the Mediation Role of Self-esteem

研究以父母教养方式评价量表、症状自评量表和自尊量表为研究工具,以山东某高校330名学生为研究对象,以多元回归分析和路径分析图探讨了大学生父母教养方式、自尊与心理健康的关系。研究表明:大学生自尊在父母教养方式和心理健康之间具有中介作用。父母对孩子多一些温暖和理解,少一些拒绝、否认、严厉和偏爱,则孩子会认为自己是有价值的,即自尊水平高、心理健康水平高。在心理咨询工作中,有条件的情况下还要对父母的教养方式进行指导。在学校的各科教学、班级管理及心理健康课程的教学过程中,要注意对学生自尊的培养。

This study uses the parenting style evaluation scale,symptom self-evaluation scale and self-esteem scale as research tools,and takes 330 students from a university in Shandong Province as research objects.It uses multiple regression analysis and path analysis chart to explore the relationship between parenting style and college students’self-esteem and mental health.Research shows that college students’self-esteem plays a mediating role between parenting style and college students’mental health.If parents give their children more warmth and understanding,and less rejection,denial,severity and preference,then the children will think that they are valuable and have a high level of self-esteem and mental health.In the work of psychological consultation,it is necessary to give guidance to parents’parenting styles when conditions permit.In the teaching process of various subjects,class management,and the course teaching of Mental Health,we should pay attention to the cultivation of students’self-esteem.
