河北高校应用型俄语人才培养模式改革路径——基于京津冀协同发展视角

Reform Path of Applied Russian Talent Training Model in Colleges and Universities of Hebei Province:A Study Based on the Perspective of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development

当前,中俄两国已建立了新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系,双方将在更深层次、更广领域开展全面交流合作。特别是随着京津冀协同发展战略的深入实施,京津冀区域与俄罗斯的经济文化交流日益频繁,对应用型俄语人才的需求日益旺盛,河北省高校俄语教育在迎来前所未有机遇的同时,也面临着诸多压力和挑战。河北应当充分借京津冀协同发展之东风,加强与京津两地的对接合作,聚焦培养目标、培养体系、培养过程和培养机制,加快推进高校俄语人才培养模式改革,着力培养符合时代要求的应用型俄语人才。

At present,China and Russia have established the Russia-China comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation in the new era,and the two parties will carry out comprehensive exchanges and cooperation in a deeper level and in broader fields.Especially with the in-depth implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy,the economic and cultural exchanges between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and Russia have become increasingly frequent,and the demand for applied Russian talents has become increasingly strong.While the Russian education in the colleges and universities in Hebei Province is facing unprecedented opportunities,it is also facing many pressures and challenges.We should take full advantage of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,strengthen the cooperation with Beijing and Tianjin,focus on the training objectives,training system,training process and training mechanism to accelerate the reform of Russian talent training model in colleges and universities,and focus on training applied Russian talents that meet the requirements of the times.
