摘要
美国高校教师发展培训体系涵盖教师的整个职业生涯,从有志于从事高等教育的研究生到高校新进教师、成熟教师培养,到高校资深教师经验传承。体系根据教师职业生涯各发展阶段的特定需求,提供针对性的培训服务,科学有效地提升了教师发展的培训效果,对我国建立终身化、系统化的高校教师发展培训体系,推动"教师培训"工作向"教师发展"服务的转型,推动教师发展培训形式多元化、培训内容科学化,建立健全教师激励制度等具有借鉴意义。
The teacher development and training system of American colleges and universities covers the whole career development of teachers,from the education of graduate students who are interested in higher education to the training of new teachers and mature teachers,and to the experience inheritance of senior teachers.According to the specific needs of each stage of teachers’career development,the system provides targeted training services,which scientifically and effectively improves the training effect of teachers’development.It is of great significance for China to establish a lifelong and systematic training system for teachers in colleges and universities,promote the transformation of“teacher training”to“teacher development”service,improve the diversified teacher development training forms and scientific training content,and establish the teacher incentive system.
