建设服务型党支部对加强和改进高校学生党建工作具有重要意义,开展大学生党员志愿服务是推进高校服务型学生党支部建设的重要活动。从有利于推进高校服务型党组织建设、创新学生党员党性教育载体及与高校人才培养契合度三个方面阐述了志愿服务在推进大学生党员持续教育管理中的实践意义,分析了目前高校学生党员实施志愿服务活动存在的主要现实问题,探索构建了以信息系统为支撑,由生活层面、学习层面、价值层面构成的高校学生党员志愿服务塔式实践模型,并且对该模型的实践应用进行了深入思考。

The construction of service-oriented Party branch is of great significance to strengthening and improving the Party construction of college students.It is an important activity to carry out volunteer service for college student Party members to promote the construction of service-oriented student Party branches in colleges and universities.This paper expounds the practical significance of volunteer service in promoting the continuous education and management of college student Party members from the three aspects of promoting the construction of service-oriented Party organizations in colleges and universities,innovating the carrier of Party spirit education for student Party members,and improving the fit degree with talent cultivation in colleges and universities.It analyzes the main practical problems existing in the implementation of voluntary service activities for student Party members in colleges and universities,and explores and constructs a tower-type practice model of college student Party member volunteer service,which is supported by information system and is composed of life level,learning level and value level.The practical application of the model is also deeply considered.
