课程思政教学团队的优化路径分析——以老年服务与管理专业为例

Analysis on the Optimization Path of the Teaching Team of“Curriculum Ideological and Political Education”:Taking the Elderly Service and Management Major as an Example

以老年服务与管理专业课程思政教学团队建设为例,分析教师团队在课程思政建设中的重要意义,只有做好团队顶层设计、组建优秀课程思政教学团队、不断提升团队成员思想政治建设意识和能力、在课程思政教学实践中检验思想政治团队的育人能力、建立激励机制激发教师持久教学动力等方面的研究与实践,才能建设一支结构合理、"会教、愿教"且懂思想政治的课程思想政治教师队伍,才能把思想政治教育落实到人才培养的全过程,全面推进高校课程思政建设。

Taking the construction of the teaching team of“curriculum ideological and political education”in the elderly service and management major as an example,this paper analyzes the significance of the teaching team in the construction of“curriculum ideological and political education”.Only by carrying out the research and practice in the aspects of doing a good job in top-level design of the team,establishing an excellent“curriculum ideological and political education”teaching team,continuously improving the awareness and ability of the team members in“curriculum ideological and political education”construction,testing the educational ability of the teaching team in the practice of“curriculum ideological and political education”,and establishing an incentive mechanism to stimu-late teachers’lasting teaching motivation,can we build a teaching team of“curriculum ideological and political ed-ucation”with reasonable structure and with the teachers who can teach,are willing to teach,and understand“cur-riculum ideological and political education”,so as to implement ideological and political education in the whole process of talent training and comprehensively promote the ideological and political education construction in colleges and universities.
