中职学校“德心融合”班级管理模式实践探究

Practice and Exploration of Class Management Mode of“Integration of Morality and Heart”in Secondary Vocational Schools

"德源于心""知始于行",主要探究了中职学校班级管理中"德心融合"模式的构建和有效实践,将中国优秀传统文化的教育思想和新时代教育教学创新模式的实践探索相结合。以中职学校为例,阐述班级管理中"德心融合"育人模式的实践探究。从管理育人的角度,遵循规律、立身行道;从教书育人的角度,德心融合、言传身教;从服务育人的角度,志愿服务、助己达人;从环境育人的角度,参与活动、幸福教育。普及"三全育人"指导思想,推广"德心融合"的育人理念,发挥"立德树人"的社会效益。

Based on the old Chinese sayings that“Virtue comes from the heart”and“knowledge begins with action”,this paper mainly explores the construction and effective practice of the“integration of morality and heart”mode in class management of secondary vocational schools,which combines the educational thought of excellent traditional Chinese culture with the practice and exploration of the innovative mode of education and teaching in the new era.Taking secondary vocational schools as an example,this paper expounds the practice and exploration of the education mode of“integration of morality and heart”in class management.From the perspective of management and education,we should follow the rules and practice truth.From the perspective of teaching and educating talents,we should follow the rule of the“integration of morality and heart”,and teach students by our own words and deeds.From the perspective of serving and educating talents,we should provide voluntary service,help students and improve ourselves.From the perspective of environmental education,we should participate in activities and make the education process happy.We should popularize the guiding ideology of“three-whole education”,promote the education concept of the“integration of morality and heart”,and give full play to the social benefits of“building morality and cultivating talents”.
