摘要 "仪器分析"是一门集实用性与强应用性、综合基础要求高的食品科学与工程专业的四年制本科学生必修的重要专业课之一,做好该课程的教学工作对食品科学与工程专业质量与安全方向专业人才培养至关重要。针对"仪器分析"课程的教学特点与实验开展过程中遇到的问题,提出基于对分课堂模式探索"仪器分析"课程的创新型教学模式,以期提升教学实验质量,培养学生的自主创新意识,从而全面提高学生的综合素质,使得学生能够更好地适应未来科技发展的需求。 Instrumental Analysis is one of the important compulsory professional courses for four-year undergraduate students majoring in food science and engineering,which has the characteristics of strong practicability and application,and has a high requirement for comprehensive basis.It is very important to do a good job in the teaching of this course for the cultivation of quality and safety professionals in food science and engineering.In view of the teaching characteristics of Instrumental Analysis course and the problems encountered in the process of experiment teaching,this paper proposes an innovative teaching model based on the PAD class model in the course of Instrumental Analysis,in order to improve the quality of experiment teaching,cultivate students’independent innovation consciousness,comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of students,so that students can better adapt to the needs of future scientific and technological development.
