高职院校空乘学生基本职业素养培养路径研究

Study on the Training Path of the Basic Professional Quality of Flight Attendant Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着民航单位越来越看重员工的职业道德和职业精神,为企业输送人才资源的高职院校需要提供超过技能教育之外的教育,即强调素养教育和价值观持续激励的必要性。探讨了高职院校空中乘务专业学生基本职业素养的培养路径:首先通过分析空乘人员职业素养的基本要求,帮助学生了解企业用人需求的时代变化;其次从学校、企业、学生的角度探讨高职院校职业素养培养面临的困境;最后提出职业素养培养的思路与方法,以期为有效促进空乘学生素养提高起到推进作用。

As civil aviation enterprises pay more and more attention to the professional ethics and professionalism of employees,higher vocational colleges,which provide talent resources to enterprises,need to provide education beyond skill training,that is,to emphasize the necessity of quality education and continuous incentive of values.This paper discusses the training path of the basic professional quality of flight attendant students in higher vocational colleges.First of all,by analyzing the basic requirements of the professional quality of flight attendants,it helps students understand the changes of the enterprises’employment needs.Secondly,from the perspective of schools,enterprises and students,this paper discusses the difficulties faced by the cultivation of professional quality in higher vocational colleges.Finally,in order to effectively promote the professional quality of flight attendant students,it puts forward some ideas and methods of professional quality training.
