混凝土外观美化材料的研制及其性能研究

Preparation and Performance Research of Concrete Appearance Beautification Material

为使混凝土结构外观和耐久性协同提升,研制了一种混凝土外观美化防腐蚀材料,该材料包括底、中、面3层,分别发挥不同作用,共同构成美化防腐蚀材料体系。底层与基材表面形成憎水层,中层解决了混凝土色差问题,面层隔离外界以保护结构外观、提高其耐久性。通过与其他涂料体系的性能对比研究表明:该混凝土外观美化防腐蚀材料具有优异的防水性和透气性,从而能够有效提高混凝土结构的耐久性。

For improving the concrete structure appearance and service durability,a kind of concrete appearance beautification and anti-corrosion material was developed.This material included three layers of bottom,middle and surface,which played different roles and co-constituted a system of beautification and anti-corrosion materials.In addition,A hydrophobic layer was formed between the bottom layer and the surface of the substrate,the middle layer solved the problem of concrete color difference,and the surface layer protected the structure appearance and increased the durability through isolating the outside.Compared with other coatings system,the results of performance comparison showed that the concrete appearance beautification and anti-corrosion material had excellent breathable,waterproof properties,which could effectively improve the durability of the concrete structure.
