摘要
为开发环保、舒适、功能性纱线,介绍了线密度为1.0 dtex的火山岩腈纶、大豆蛋白复合纤维、粘胶、新疆棉的特点,探讨了粘胶/火山岩腈纶/精梳棉/大豆蛋白复合纤维赛络紧密纺混纺纱的生产方法。根据4种纤维的性能特点和成纱质量要求,采用将粘胶、火山岩腈纶、大豆蛋白复合纤维混合纺制成预并条,再与精梳棉条进行三道混并条的混合方法,控制混纺比例为粘胶/火山岩腈纶/精梳棉/大豆蛋白复合纤维50/20/20/10。另外,改进了各道工序的技术措施,开清、梳棉工序适当降低运动机件速度,并条工序温度为24~32℃,相对湿度为65%~70%,成功开发出线密度为14.7 tex粘胶/火山岩腈纶/精梳棉/大豆蛋白复合纤维多组分混纺纱。
In order to develop environment-friendly,comfortable and functional yarns,the characteristics of 1.0 dtex fine denier volcanic acrylic fiber,soybean fiber,viscose and Xinjiang cotton were introduced,and the production method of viscose/volcanic acrylic fiber/soybean fiber/combed cotton siro-compact spinning blended yarn was discussed.According to the performance characteristics of the four kinds of fibers and yarn-forming quality requirements,a mix spinning method of viscose,volcanic acrylic fiber and soybean fiber was adopted to make pre-drawing strips,and then three strips were mixed and drawn with combed cotton slipper.The blending ratio was controlled to be 50/20/20/10 for viscose/volcanic acrylic fiber/combed cotton/soybean fiber.In addition,the technological measures of each process are improved,in opening and carding process,the speed of the moving parts decreases,in drawing process,temperature is 24℃to 32℃,relative humidity is 65%-70%,and the viscose/volcanic acrylic fiber/soybean fiber/combed cotton multi-component blended knitting yarn is successfully developed.
