摘要 针对目前工装在功能性设计方面存在的不足,基于其款式特征与工艺要求,以增加其功能性为目的展开工装结构与工艺优化分析,如关节处活褶处理增加活动范围、边缘处收紧工艺提高作业卫生性与效率、反光警示条设计保证作业安全性;又针对口袋的多功能设计提出腰侧“反袋口”防盗斜插袋、胸部“立体双层”贴袋、左臂“三点式”封口工具袋等改良设计。结果表明,改良后的工装具有较强的安全性与实用性,能够在一定程度上提高工人作业效率,从而提高企业生产效益。结构设计参数及工艺优化方案以期为工装的产品研发提供思路与技术支持。 In view of the current deficiencies in the functional design of work clothes for specific occupations,based on its style characteristics and process requirements,the structure and process optimization were carried out for work clothes of specific occupations to increase its functionality.For example,live pleats at joints were treated to increase the range of motion and the edges were tightened to improve hygiene and efficiency during operation,and the reflective warning strips were designed to guarantee operational safety,for the multi-function design of the pocket,the improved design of anti-theft diagonal insert bag on the waist side,three-dimensional double-layer paste bag on the chest,and three-point sealing tool bag on the left arm was proposed.The results show that the improved work clothes have strong safety and practicability and can improve the working efficiency of workers to a certain extent,so as to improve the production benefit of enterprises.The structural design parameters and process optimization scheme are expected to provide ideas and technical support for the product research and development of work clothes.
