长三角一体化下皖北营商环境优化研究

Study on the optimization of business environment in northern Anhui under the integration of Yangtze River

长三角一体化为皖北发展注入活力,文章以优化营商环境研究为基础,从加大对外开放、公共服务和生态一体化等方面分析皖北优化营商环境的必要性。通过对皖北营商环境的调查研究,发现长三角一体化下皖北营商环境存在经济水平低、人才流失、基础设施不健全及城镇化率低等制约因素,因此,综合国内其他地区优化营商环境的经验,提出了消除皖北营商环境优化制约因素的措施,以促进皖北良好营商环境的建立,推动皖北经济内生增长,最终实现皖北高质量发展。

The integration of the Yangtze River Delta has injected vitality into the development of northern Anhui.Based on the study on optimizing business environment,this paper analyzes the necessity of optimizing business environment in northern Anhui from the aspects of increasing opening to the outside world,public service and ecological integration.Through the investigation and study of the business environment in northern Anhui,it is found that the business environment in northern Anhui is restricted by low economic level,brain drain,imperfect infrastructure and low urbanization rate under the integration of Yangtze River Delta.Therefore,based on the experience of other areas in China,this paper puts forward measures to eliminate the restrictive factors in the optimization of business environment so as to promote the establishment of a good business environment and endogenous economic growth.Finally,the high quality development of northern Anhui was realized.
