基于层次分析法的全面小康满意度研究

Research on satisfaction degree of well off society in an all round way based on analytic hierarchy process

人民群众对党委政府全面小康建设工作的满意度,需要科学合理的评价体系。文章以小康社会的内涵为出发点,根据"五位一体"的总体布局,将全面小康满意度评价体系的基本框架分为五部分:一是经济发展满意度,二是人民生活满意度,三是民主法治满意度,四是文化建设和资源环境满意度,五是政府工作满意度。在此基础上构建全面小康满意度评价体系,通过层次分析法,结合全面小康满意度分析的结果,希望为党委政府推进全面小康工作提供参考。

The people’s satisfaction with the Party committee and government’s work in building a well-off society in an all-round way needs a scientific and reasonable evaluation system.Starting from the connotation of a well-off society and according to the overall layout of"five in one",this paper divides the basic framework of the evaluation system into five parts:one is the satisfaction with economic development,the other is the satisfaction with people’s life,and the third is the satisfaction with democracy and the rule of law The fourth is the degree of satisfaction of cultural construction and resources and environment,and the fifth is the degree of satisfaction of government work.On this basis,we build a comprehensive well-off satisfaction evaluation system,through the analytic hierarchy process,combined with the results of comprehensive well-off satisfaction analysis,hoping to provide reference for the Party committee and government to promote the work of comprehensive well-off.
