近几年,小额诉讼程序并没有在司法实践中发挥立法最初被期待的作用。由于法院仍面临着"案多人少"的审理困境,因此,思考如何完善小额诉讼程序有着重要的意义。目前人工智能、区块链和大数据分析技术正在被用来保障法院办案的公正与效率。基于此,有必要结合小额诉讼程序发展的现状,总结其制度价值和司法实践中存在的问题,从法律科技的运用方面来探讨小额诉讼制度的完善问题。

In recent years,small litigation procedure has not played the role that legislation was originally expected in judicial practice.Because the court is still facing the dilemma of"more cases and fewer people",it is of great significance to think about how to perfect the small litigation procedure.At present,artificial intelligence,block chain and big data analysis technology are being used to ensure the fairness and efficiency of court cases.Based on this,it is necessary to sum up the system value and the problems existing in judicial practice,and discuss the perfection of the small litigation system from the aspect of the application of legal science and technology.
