终身教育视野下的社区老年教育策略探索——以福州市为例

The strategy of community elderly education under the vision of lifelong education——A case study on Fuzhou city

近年来,伴随着我国社区老年教育规模的不断发展,为解决老年人入学难、热门课程"一座难求"问题,福州市围绕扩大老年教育供给,积极整合各类老年教育资源,不断改进老年教育的形式、丰富教学内容,努力以新的方式促进老年教育的发展。在这种情况下,探究社区老年教育的现状、存在的不足和解决方案,可以缓解老年教育供需不平衡的现状,促进老年人自主学习和下岗再就业。整体而言,有效规划社区老年教育,对于促进终身学习意识的发展具有一定的现实意义。

In recent years,with the continuous development of the scale of community education for the elderly in China,in order to solve the problem of"a difficult"for the elderly to enter the school and popular courses,Fuzhou city has focused on expanding the supply of education for the elderly,actively integrating all kinds of old age education resources,continuously improving the form of old age education,enriching the teaching content,and striving to expand the development of old age education in new ways.Under such circumstances,exploring the current situation,shortcomings and solutions of community old-age education can alleviate the imbalance between supply and demand of old-age education and promote the elderly to learn independently and re-employment.On the whole,the effective planning of community old age education is of practical significance to promote the development of lifelong learning consciousness.
