摘要
目的:应用口腔CBCT分析鼻中隔偏曲、中鼻甲气化和下鼻甲肥大对青少年上颌窦底部气化(MSIP)的影响。方法:纳入拍摄CBCT的12~27岁患者资料71例,使用eXamVisonQ软件图像观测,采用SPSS 22.0对数据进行统计处理。结果:鼻中隔偏曲、中鼻甲气化与上颌窦底部气化之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),下鼻甲肥大与上颌窦底部气化之间的差异有统计学意义。结论:患有下鼻甲肥大的青少年更易出现上颌窦底部过度气化。
Objective:To analyze the effects of nasal septum deflection,concha bullosa and inferior turbinate hypertrophy on adolescent maxillary sinus's inferior pneumatization(MSIP)by CBCT.Methods:CBCT images of 71 patients aged 12-27 were collected.The images were observed using eXamVisonQ software,and the data were statistically processed using SPSS 22.0.Results:There was no statistical difference between nasal septum deflection and concha bullosa respectively with MSIP,and there was a statistical difference between inferior turbinate hypertrophy and MSIP.Conclusion:Adolescents with inferior turbinate hypertrophy are more prone to the phenomenon of MSIP.
