含Sn^(2+)/F^(-)牙膏和漱口液对牙齿抗酸蚀性磨损的效果评价

摘要 目的:评价单纯和联合使用含Sn^(2+)/F^(-)牙膏和漱口液对牙齿的抗酸蚀性磨损效果。方法:收集智齿85颗,制备牙釉质和牙本质试件各36个。以3个釉质和3个本质为一组,制作一个腭基托。选取12名受试者分成4组佩戴(n=3),每日定时用1%柠檬酸浸泡4次,5 min/次。在首次和末次浸泡后口腔维护,A组:不含牙膏刷牙(对照)、B组:刷牙(Sn^(2+)/F^(-)牙膏)、C组:刷牙+含漱(Sn^(2+)/F^(-)漱口液)、D组:含漱,重复7 d。用接触式轮廓仪评估表面损失(SL),并用显微硬度仪计算表面显微硬度降低值ΔSMH。采用双因素方差分析和Tukey检验分析数据,以P<0.05有统计学意义。结果:与B、C、D组相比,A组SL和ΔSMH最大(P<0.05)。D组SL和ΔSMH最小(P<0.05),ΔSMH均无显著差异(P>0.05)。B与C组相比,SL和ΔSMH均无显著差异(P>0.05)。牙本质较釉质SL和ΔSMH高(P<0.05)。结论:单纯使用含Sn^(2+)/F^(-)牙膏或漱口液可减少牙齿的酸蚀性磨损,联合使用并不能加强效果。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of Sn^(2+)/F^(-)toothpaste and mouth rinse on the progression of erosion/abrasion of tooth.Methods:85 third molars were extracted,36 enamel and dentin samples were dissected.12 subjects were divided into A,B,C and D groups(n=3).12 removable palate plates with 6 samples(3 enamel and 3 dentin)in each plate,were subjected to 5 min erosion with 1%citric acid(4/day for 7 days).After first and last erosion,treatments were performed according to the 4 groups.Each subjects was given a plate for the use as following:in group A(control):Brushing without toothpaste,in group B:Brushing with Sn^(2+)/F^(-)toothpaste,in group C:Brushing+Rinsing with Sn^(2+)/F^(-)mouth rinse,in group D:Rinsing.Surface Loss(SL)was measured using contact profilometry,and microhardness reduction of(ΔSMH)was calculated by microhardness tester.Data were analyzed by two-way RM-ANOVA and Tukey tests(5%).Results:Group A(control)showed the highest SL andΔSMH(P<0.05).Compared with group B and C,group D showed the lowest SL(P<0.05)andΔSMH.Between group B and C,SL andΔSMH had no significant difference(P>0.05).Dentin showed higher SL andΔSMH than enamel(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Sn^(2+)/F^(-)toothpaste and mouth rinse can reduce the erosion of tooth.Combined application does not enhance the effect.
