应用新型愈合帽固定钛网在下颌后牙区垂直骨增量的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价一种新型愈合帽将钛网用于下颌后牙区垂直骨缺损区种植修复的临床效果。方法:纳入存在垂直向骨缺损的下颌后牙缺失病例20例,共27颗种植位点,同期植骨,使用一种新型愈合帽固定于种植体顶端完成种植,术后随访2年,CBCT观察种植体颊舌侧骨增量高度。结果:术后半年颊侧骨增量平均(2.82±0.64)mm,舌侧(2.29±0.41)mm,与术中增量相比明显减小(P<0.05),术后2年骨增量分别为(2.75±0.47)mm和(2.16±0.39)mm,与术后半年相比,P>0.05。术后种植体及钛网稳固,种植体周围软硬组织健康。结论:新型愈合帽固定钛网的改良型GBR术用于垂直骨缺损型下颌后牙区种植修复效果良好。 Objective:To study the clinical effects of a new type of healing cap in the augmentation of the vertical bone around implant in the mandibular posterior region by fixed titanium mesh on the implant.Methods:20 patients underwent implant surgery for 27 implants.The healing cap was applied to fix the titanium mesh on the top of the implant in guide bone regeneration(GBR)procedure.The cases were followed up for 2 years,bone augmentation was observed by CBCT.Results:Bone height at the buccal and lingual side of the implants was(2.82±0.64)mm and(2.29±0.41)mm respectively 6 months after operation,which was significantly lower than that during the operation(P<0.05).At the 2-year follow-up,the average bone height at buccal and lingual side of the implants was(2.75±0.47)mm and(2.16±0.39)mm,compared with that at 6 months follow up,P>0.05.During the observation period,the implants and titanium mesh were stable,tissue around the implants was healthy.Conclusion:The modified GBR technique with titanium mesh fixed by a new type of healing cap can be used for implant restoration of mandibular posterior region with vertical bone defects.
