Nd∶YAP激光联合宝氟锐脱敏剂对牙本质小管封闭效果的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较Nd∶YAP激光、宝氟锐脱敏剂以及联合使用对牙本质小管封闭效果。方法:选择牙体完整且无龋坏的第三恒磨牙制备50个牙本质过敏症模型,随机分为5组(n=10):A组(空白对照组),B组(宝氟锐组),C组(Nd∶YAP激光组),D组(Nd∶YAP激光+宝氟锐组),E组(宝氟锐+Nd∶YAP激光组),各组样本分别处理后用扫描电子显微镜观察牙本质小管形态,使用Image-Pro Plus测量牙本质小管口的直径和相对面积。结果:各组间的牙本质小管口的直径与相对面积均为D组<E组<C组<B组<A组(P<0.05)。结论:Nd∶YAP激光与宝氟锐脱敏剂均具有封闭牙本质小管的作用;单独使用时,Nd∶YAP激光的效果优于宝氟锐脱敏剂;联合使用可能形成协同作用;先使用Nd∶YAP激光照射后涂布宝氟锐脱敏剂对牙本质小管的封闭效果更好。 Objective:Tocompare and evaluate the occluding effect between Nd∶YAP laser,Profluorid Varnish,and their combined use on dentinal tubules.Methods:50 dentin sensitive models were prepared with the third permanent molars without defect or caries,all samples were randomly divided into 5 groups(n=10),group A(blank control),B(Profluorid Varnish),C(Nd∶YAP laser),D(Nd∶YAP laser+Profluorid Varnish)and E(Profluorid Varnish+Nd∶YAP laser).After treatment the morphological changes of dentin surface were observed under SEM,the diameter and relative area of the dentin tuble orifices were measured by of Image-Pro Plus image analysis software.Results:The diameter and relative area of the dentinal tubule orifices were as following:group D<group E<group C<group B<group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Nd∶YAP laser and Profluorid Varnish have the function of occluding dentinal tubules;Nd∶YAP laser is more effective than Profluorid Varnish;combination of the 2 may produce a synergy fuction by application of Profluorid Varnish after Nd∶YAP laser irradiation.
