智慧建造技术在给水厂项目中的应用研究

摘要 随着建筑工程由数字化建造和信息化建造逐渐进入到智慧化建造阶段,智慧建造技术的应用由建筑业逐步发展到市政公用工程的建造。以BIM技术和现代信息技术为基础,对给水厂进行协同设计,建立了水厂的三维信息模型,并进行了碰撞检查、工程量统计、模型出图和施工模拟,制作了智慧建造管理平台以满足实时监控、人员物料管理等多项功能。将智慧建造技术应用于市政给水厂的建设,大大提高了项目的建设效率,节约了成本,推动了市政公用建设工程向信息化和智能化的发展。 With the development of construction engineering from digital and information construction to smart construction,the application of smart construction technology had gradually developed from the construction industry to the construction of municipal public works.Based on the BIM and modern information technology,the collaborative design of waterworks was carried out,and three-dimensional information model of waterworks was established,while collision inspection,engineering quantity statistics,model drawing,and construction simulation were carried out,and smart construction management platform was designed to meet the functions of real-time monitoring,personnel and material management.The application of smart technology in the construction of municipal waterworks greatly improved efficiency of the project,saved the cost,and promoted the development of municipal public construction projects to informatization and intelligence.
