基于《中国藏药》的藏医骨伤药物与处方特点分析

A Brief Analysis of the Characteristics of Medicine andPrescription in Orthopeadics and Traumatology ofTibetan Medicine from Chinese Tibetan Medicine

目的:总结分析藏医药治疗骨伤科常见疾病的用药规律和特色。方法:通过查阅文献收集关于藏医药治疗骨伤科疾病的药物。运用SPSS 21.0将药物及复方进行疾病治疗类型、性味的频次汇总、聚类分析和藏医药学骨伤科药物治疗特点分析。结果:收集藏族骨伤科药物192味,药效以治风湿关节痛、关节痉挛为主,药性以凉药居多,五味中苦、甘类药物最为常用,“藏药三果”“三味黄水病药”等复方药物常聚类使用。结论:藏族治疗骨伤疾病以消黄水为其治疗核心,用药以苦味及凉药居多,这是藏医药独特的医药理论的体现。藏医药有许多值得发扬和认真分析研究的经验,但也有一些值得商榷的地方。

Objective:To summarize and analyze the rules and characteristics of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of orthopedics and traumatology diseases.Methods: Tibetan medicine for orthopedics and traumatology diseases were collected by consulting books.Medicine and compound prescription were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 to obtain the types of disease treatment, frequency summary of quality and taste and characteristics of medicine treatment of orthopaedics and traumatology.Results: 192 kinds of Tibetan orthopeadics and traumatology drugs were collected.The main efficacy was to treat rheumatism and joint spasm.The quality of most medicine was cold medicine.Among the five herbs, bitter and sweet drugs were the most commonly used, and compound drugs such as "three fruits of Tibetan medicine" and "three flavorings of Huangshui disease" were often used in clusters.Conclusion: In the treatment of orthopedics and traumatology diseases, Eliminate Huangshui(yellow water) is the core strategy.Most of the drugs are bitter taste and cold quality, which is the embodiment of the unique medical theory of Tibetan medicine.Experiences in Tibetan medicine deserve careful study, and there are also some ideas or theories that need further discussion.
