银杏叶粉碎力学特性分析

摘要 为分析银杏叶的剪切力学特性,以新鲜银杏叶、自然风干银杏叶、干燥银杏时为材料,测定银杏叶破碎所需要的最小剪切力。试验结果表明:新鲜银杏叶破坏所需剪切力最大;热风干燥后的银杏叶的剪切力较小,为自然风干的25%;以干燥银杏叶作为原料,有利于提高粉碎效果。 In order to analyze the cutting mechanical characteristics of Ginkgo leaves,the minimum cutting force needed for the crushing of Ginkgo leaves was determined by using fresh Ginkgo leaves,natural air-dried Ginkgo leaves and dried Ginkgo leaves as materials.The results show that:The cutting force of fresh Ginkgo leaves is the largest;The cutting force of Ginkgo leaves after hot air drying is less,which is 25%of natural air drying;The drying of Ginkgo leaves as raw material is helpful to improve the crushing effect.
