摘要
基于粳稻仓储行业存在的主要问题,分析粳稻仓储控温的必要性,总结粮堆温度升高的影响因素,以及粮仓的热量传递和温度变化规律,提出控温减损的具体措施和方法,为粳稻的安全储藏提供理论借鉴。
Based on the main problems existing in japonica rice storage industry,this paper analyzed the necessity of temperature control in japonica rice storage,summarized the influencing factors of grain pile temperature rise,as well as the rules of heat transfer and temperature change in grain storehouse,and put forward specific measures and methods of temperature control and loss reduction,so as to provide theoretical reference for the safe storage of japonica rice.
