基于PDCA循环的高职涉农专业人才培养体系建设探索

Exploration on the Construction of the Training System for Agriculture-related Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on PDCA Cycle

基于PDCA循环理论和农牧企业产业升级现状,以高职涉农学生能力培养为出发点,构建高职涉农专业人才培养体系。教学实践表明,介绍利用PDCA循环理论完善教学体系、建立反馈调节机制和实行过程管理,可以提升人才培养质量。

Based on the PDCA cycle theory and the current situation of industrial upgrading of agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises,and starting from the ability training of agriculture-related students in higher vocational colleges,a talent training system for agriculture-related majors in higher vocational colleges is constructed.The teaching practice shows that introducing the use of PDCA cycle theory to perfect the teaching system,establish the feedback adjustment mechanism and implement the process management can improve the quality of talent cultivation.
