摘要 在校企合作中建立"三对接"人才培养模式,是中职院校提高毕业生职业能力的重要途径。以"三对接"人才培养模式为基础,以食品分析与检验专业为例,探讨企业参与职业院校的教学环节的必要性及措施,为培养食品分析与检验行业高素质技能人才提供借鉴。 The establishment of"three docking"talent training mode in school-enterprise cooperation is an important way to improve the vocational ability level of graduates in secondary vocational schools.Based on the"three docking"talent training mode and the food analysis and inspection major as an example,this paper discusses the necessity and measures for enterprises to participate in the teaching links of vocational colleges,so as to provide reference for cultivating high-quality skilled talents in the food analysis and inspection industry.
