韩国农村开发政策演变对中国乡村振兴的启示

Enlightenment of South Korea's Rural Development Policy Evolution to China's Rural Revitalization

中国和韩国比邻而居,同属亚洲国家,具有相似的农耕社会历史和农业经营环境,韩国乡村振兴的经验对中国近年来开展的乡村振兴战略极具借鉴意义。通过回溯韩国各个时期的农村开发政策,并深入分析这些政策的发展导向、整体目标及成果;同时,特别关注近期韩国农村开发项目的模式,通过深入分析乡村建设的成功案例,在此基础上对中国乡村振兴战略的推进提出以下对策建议:(1)推进和完善乡村基础设施建设。(2)提高农产品的附加值。(3)增强农民主体意识,加强农村从业人才的引进。(4)因地制宜充分利用农村地区特有资源。

China and South Korea are colse neighbors and both belong to Asian countries.They have similar agricultural social history and agricultural management environment.The experience of rural revitalization in the Republic of Korea is of great significance for China's rural revitalization strategy in recent years.This paper reviewed the rural development policies of the Republic of Korea in different periods,and deeply analyzed the development orientation,overall objectives and achievements of these policies;at the same time,special attention were paid to the recent mode of rural development projects in the Republic of Korea,and through in-depth analysis of successful cases of rural construction,countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of China's rural revitalization strategy were:(1)Promote and improve rural infrastructure construction.(2)Increase the added value of agricultural products.(3)Strengthen the main body consciousness of farmers,strengthen the introduction of rural professionals.(4)Adjust measures to local conditions and make full use of the unique resources in rural areas.
