摘要
在当前水资源供需矛盾日益突出的状况下,构建适水型农业种植结构是应对水资源短缺和旱灾频发的重要措施之一,同时对于区域的水资源可持续利用具有重要作用和意义。安徽省地处南北过渡带,水资源的时空分布不均衡,降水的年内和年际变化大,洪涝和干旱频繁发生,农作物的生产力稳定性差。以淮河和长江为界,将安徽省划分为淮北、江淮和江南地区,系统分析了安徽省不同区域的水资源时空特征、种植结构的现状和变化,分析了不同区域农作物生产的水资源供需平衡特征。在此基础上,为从区域上均衡提高水分利用效率和经济效益,提出了适应不同区域水资源供给特征的适水种植结构优化调整方案。
In the current situation of increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand of water resources,building a suitable crop-planting structure is one of the important measures to deal with the shortage of water resources and frequent droughts.At the same time,it has an important role and significance for the sustainable utilization of regional water resources.Anhui province is located in the transition zone between North and South,the spatial and temporal distribution of water resources is not balanced,the precipitation changes greatly within and between years,droughts and waterlogging occur frequently,and the stability of crop productivity is poor.Taking Huaihe River and Yangtze River as the boundary,Anhui province was divided into three parts—Huaibei,Jianghuai and Jiangnan regions.The spatial and temporal characteristics of water resources,the current situation and changes of crop-planting structure in different regions of Anhui province were systematically analyzed,and the characteristics of water supply and demand balance of crop production in different regions were analyzed.Based on these analyses,in order to improve water use efficiency and economic benefits in a balanced manner from the regional perspective,the optimization and adjustment scheme of water adaptive crop-planting structures were put forward to adapt to the characteristics of water resources supply in different regions.
