摘要
随着经济的发展,人们对于蛋类食物的需求促使蛋鸡产业快速发展,但同时也使蛋鸡养殖产业面临投入冗余、效率低下的问题。运用三阶段DEA模型对2018年中国20个省份大规模蛋鸡养殖的投入产出数据进行运算,并对两项环境因素和随机扰动项进行剔除。结果显示,2018年中国蛋鸡大规模养殖的平均综合效率值为0.903,纯技术效率为0.935,规模效率为0.952;养殖效率低下的主要原因是纯技术效率偏低,同时在用投入松弛变量对环境变量进行SFA回归中发现,经济发展水平对部分投入效率的影响显著,政府对农业重视程度对选取的所有投入效率的影响均显著,但影响方向并不一致。基于此,提出了提高中国大规模蛋鸡养殖效率的对策建议。
With the development of the economy,people's demand for egg foods has promoted the rapid development of the layer industry,but at the same time it also causes the layer breeding industry to face the problems of redundant investment and low efficiency.Using the three-stage DEA model to calculate the input and output data of large-scale layer breeding in 20 provinces in China in 2018,and the two environmental factors and random disturbance items were eliminated.The results showed that in 2018,the average comprehensive efficiency of large-scale layer breeding was 0.903,the pure technical efficiency was 0.935,and the scale efficiency was 0.952;the main reason for the low breeding efficiency is the low pure technical efficiency.At the same time,it was found that the level of economic development has a significant impact on the efficiency of some inputs,and the government's emphasis on agriculture has a significant impact on the efficiency of all selected inputs,but the direction of influence is not consistent by using the SFA regression of environmental variables with input slack variables.Based on this,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the efficiency of China's large-scale laying hen breeding.
