北京市农产品加工业发展现状与前景

Status Quo and Prospect of Agricultural Products Processing Industry in Beijing

北京市农产品加工业承担着保障首都市场供应、提高居民生活水平、带动劳动力就业以及促进农民持续增收等重要责任。近年来,北京农产品加工业取得了长足发展,但在非首都功能疏解以及农业供给侧结构性改革的政策背景下,仍存在企业发展空间受限、出口拉动效果较差、利益联结紧密度不够等问题。从产业规模、利润水平、区域分布及行业布局等方面对首都农产品加工业的现状进行分析,探究农产品加工业发展过程中存在的问题,并提出了促进北京农产品加工业持续健康发展的对策建议。最后,对北京市农产品加工业发展前景进行了展望。

Beijing's agricultural products processing industry is responsible for ensuring the supply of the capital market,improving the living standards of residents,promoting the employment of labor force and increasing farmers'income.In recent years,Beijing's agricultural products processing industry has made great progress,however,under the policy background of easing the non-capital functions and agricultural supply side structural reform,there are still some problems,such as the limited development space of enterprises,the poor effect of export promotion,and the insufficient density of interest linkage.The current situation of agricultural products processing industry in Beijing were analyzed from the aspects of industrial scale,profit level,regional distribution and industry layout,the problems existing in the development process of agricultural products processing industry were explored,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the sustainable and healthy development of Beijing's agricultural products processing industry were put forward.Finally,the prospects for the development of Beijing's agricultural products processing industry were forecasted.
