竹纤维微生物肥对‘巨峰’葡萄发育和土壤养分的影响 被引量:5

摘要 水肥优化管理是葡萄栽培中提质增效的关键环节。为探索竹纤维微生物肥在葡萄上的应用效果,以四川乐山的‘巨峰’葡萄为试材,调查该肥料对葡萄果实品质、光合能力和果园土微环境等方面的影响。结果表明:竹纤维微生物肥施用后果实粒径显著增大,粒质量、可溶性固形物分别比对照提升了21.0%和1.54%,固酸比高达37.3∶1,且果色更深;叶片净光合速率较对照提升27.3%,气孔导度和叶绿素等光合指标高于对照;土壤有效磷和速效钾含量分别比对照高出了2.8%和7.9%,土壤含水量高出对照27.8%。综上结果表明,竹纤维微生物肥能够显著提升‘巨峰’葡萄果实品质和增强叶片光合能力,且具有良好的增肥保墒效果。 Water and nutrient management are key points to quality and efficiency improvement in grape production.In order to explore the effects of bamboo fiber microbial biofertilizer(BFMF)on viticulture,‘Kyoho'grape in Leshan was used as test material,and fruit quality,leaf photosynthesis and soil fertility after BFMF applied were analyzed.Results showed that,after BFMF applied,the berry size was significantly enlarged,berry weight and soluble solids content increased 21.0% and 1.54% compared to CK,respectively;the solid to acid ratio was 37.3∶1,and the fruit skin was darker.The net photosynthetic rate of grapevines applied BFMF was 127.3% of CK,stomatal conductance and chlorophyll content were also higher.In BFMF treated soil,the active phosphorus and potassium increased 2.8% and 7.9% compared to CK,respectively,and the soil moisture was 127.8% of CK.All these results indicated that BFMF could improve fruit quality and photosynthesis ability,as well as soil water content and fertility.
