推力调心滚子轴承滚道磨削改进

摘要 目前,加工中大型推力调心滚子轴承时,滚道磨削为最后的工序,也是要求最高、加工最难的部分。在加工过程中最常出现的问题为“撩边”,即磨削砂轮在加工轴圈滚道根部时,会与轴圈小挡边干涉,将小挡边磨掉一部分,产生废品。因此本文设计一种新型的磨削砂轮来磨削滚道,有效避免了“撩边”现象,同时提高了加工效率。 At present,the grinding of raceway is the last step in the processing of large and medium-sized thrust self-aligning roller bearings,which is also the most demanding and difficult part.In the process of machining,the most common problem is"interference",that is,when the grinding wheel is machining the root of the raceway,it will interfere with the small edge to grind off part of the small edge and produce waste products.Therefore,a new type of grinding wheel is designed in this paper,which can effectively avoid the phenomenon of"interference"and improve the machining efficiency.
