摘要
对碳氮共渗及常规马氏体淬回火的轴承零件及寿命试样进行了组织、硬度、晶粒度、变形量、回火稳定性及接触疲劳寿命试验的对比检测分析,结果表明:晶粒度及变形量控制两者基本一致,但碳氮共渗的表层硬度、回火稳定性及疲劳寿命均明显优于马氏体淬火。
The microstructure,hardness,grain size,deformation,tempering stability and contact fatigue life of bearing parts and life samples after carbonitriding and conventional martensite quenching were tested and analyzed.The results show that the grain size and deformation control are basically the same,but the surface hardness,tempering stability and contact fatigue life of carbonitriding are obviously better than that of martensite quenching.
