新时代的研究生教育已进入内涵式发展阶段,如何培养高质量的研究生也成为各高校研究生教育工作者重点关注的问题。鉴于研究生导师在研究生培养过程中的重要作用,文章基于研究生导师队伍的现状和存在问题,探索“一体两翼”的研究生导师队伍建设路径。坚持以研究生导师学术创新能力为核心,从“师德师风翼”和“教学能力翼”形成双推动、双促进局面,实现学术研究和教学能力的贯通,打通“最后一公里”,提升研究生的培养质量,助推实现研究生教育内涵式发展。

Graduate education in the new era has entered the stage of connotation development.How to train high quality graduate students has become a key concern of the graduate education workers in various universities.In view of the important role of graduate tutors in the process of graduate training,based on the current situation and existing problems of graduate tutors,this paper explores the construction path of“One Body and Two Wings”graduate tutors.Adhere to the academic innovation ability of graduate supervisors as the core,from the“the wing of teacher’s ethics”and“the wing of teaching ability”to form a situation of double promotion,achieving the integration of academic competence and teaching competence and breaking through the“last mile”,and finally improve the quality of graduate training,so as to promote the connotation development of graduate education.
