摘要
《中国学生发展核心素养》的颁布对英语教师的专业发展提出了新的要求和挑战。培养学生的核心素养,教师首先要在专业发展中不断充实和提高自己。通过对参加浙江省初中英语教师专业发展培训教师的问卷调查和交流访谈,发现教师专业发展工作成效显著,初步达到了参训教师的需求预期,但在课程课型设置、核心素养提升等方面还应加强。
The promulgation of“Core Competencies and Values for Chinese Students”puts forward new requirements and challenges to English teachers.To cultivate students’key competencies,teachers should first enrich and improve themselves in professional development.Through the questionnaire survey and exchange interview of the teachers who participated in the professional development training of junior high school English teachers in Zhejiang Province,it is found that the professional development of teachers has achieved remarkable results and initially met the expectations of the trainees’needs.However,it should be strengthened in the setting of course type and the promotion of key competencies.
