早稻产量与各器官镉含量动态对少免耕的响应

摘要 【目的】筛选镉污染稻田适宜的土壤耕作方式。【方法】以早稻品种陵两优211为材料,在湖南省湘潭县镉污染稻田开展连续4 a的定点试验,比较翻耕、旋耕和免耕对早稻产量与各器官镉含量动态的影响。【结果】(1)土壤耕作方式对早稻产量及其构成因素影响显著,少免耕处理产量较翻耕处理均有所降低,主要由有效穗数和每穗总粒数减少所致;随年限延长,免耕处理的减产幅度逐渐减小,至第4年产量下降已不显著。(2)少免耕处理有利于镉在早稻根、茎鞘和叶的富集。(3)随年限延长,免耕处理早稻稻穗与稻米镉含量逐年下降。【结论】少免耕对早稻产量和镉含量有显著影响,镉污染稻田连续4 a以上免耕可以获得与翻耕产量相当、米镉含量更低的早稻谷。 【Objective】It is to screen the optimal soil tillage method for Cd polluted paddy field.【Method】Based on the allocation test conducted with early rice variety Lingliangyou 211 as material in Cd polluted paddy field in Xiangtan county of Hunan province,the effects of ploughing,rotary till-age and no-tillage on yield and dynamics of Cd content in organs of early rice were compared in contin-uous 4 years.【Result】(1)The yield and its components of early rice were significantly affected by soil tillage method,and yield of minimum and no tillage treatment was lower than that of ploughing treatment,which was mainly caused by the decrease of effective panicles and total grains per panicle,while the yield reduction of no tillage treatment was gradually reduced with the extension of years,and the yield decline was not significant in the fourth year.(2)Minimum and no tillage treatments were ben-eficial to increase Cd content in roots,stems,sheaths and leaves of early rice.(3)With the extension of years,the cadmium content in panicle and rice decreased year by year in no tillage treatment.【Conclu-sion】Minimum and no tillage had significant impact on yield and Cd content of early rice.Early rice with low cadmium content could be obtained by no-tillage for more than 4 years in Cd contaminated paddy fields.
