TRP通道与炎性肠病发病机制相关的研究现状

摘要 炎性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的发病机制复杂,临床治疗往往缺乏确切效果。瞬时受体电位(transient receptor potential,TRP)通道是一类重要的位于细胞膜上的阳离子通道,在哺乳动物体内多种组织细胞中表达,其作为多种细胞信号感受器,在炎性反应中也起着重要作用[1-3]。本文对TRP通道与IBD发病机制相关的研究现状做一综述。
